XS250 Motorcycle Build Diary - Skull-Eisha

So managed to decide on some artwork for the tank, I called her Skull-Eisha. Sounds like more of a Jerry Springer Guest than a sketch on the tank.

XS250 Motorcycle Build Diary - Skull-Eisha

So managed to decide on some artwork for the tank, I called her Skull-Eisha. Sounds like more of a Jerry Springer Guest than a sketch on the tank.

I wanted something that represented the build and history of the bike. The idea behind it was a Geisha representing the origin of the bike (Japanese) and a skull which represents the modification Kustom Kulture symbolism.

I want to make it subtle on top of the tank. So will need to be candied over afterwards. I know it will loose some of the detail but I don't really want it to stand out too much.

Tour De France

BENNY LSG

Well while the tour is on I thought it was only fitting to find a custom shop out of the capital Paris.Being in Australia the tour airs in the wee hours of the morning, I've probably averaged about 5-6 …Anyway enough of the non-motorised 2 wheelers, this Honda CX500 was built by Rive Gauche, I couldn't find too much info on the shop itself but they do have the Motto "Ride or Die".

Breitling Cafe Racer

BENNY LSG

This fantastic cafe racer was built by a Alain Bernard from custom shop called Santiago Chopper, and was featured as part of the TV series Cafe Racer which screens on the Discovery Channel. I'm yet to see this TV series …The powerplant is based on a 70's Kawasaki Z900 which sits snug into a 70's vintage Moto Martin frame.
